Salt from the upper waters of the White Sea with dried berries of crowberry.
It has a tart aftertaste with notes of light bitterness. There is a little sour taste, but almost none of it is sweet enough. The berries contain compounds such as fatty and essential oils, as well as coumarins, benzoic and acetic acids.
We recommend the salt for vegetable dishes, for hot dishes
